Our Origin

Navigating public registries shouldn't be an administrative tax.

The federal NPI registry is public and free, but it remains structurally hostile to practical daily use. For busy clinical directors and practice owners, converting raw government tables into a clean, functional directory of local pediatricians, neurologists, and speech therapists is a time sink they cannot afford.

Historically, ABA agencies had to select between three paths: contracting expensive marketing retainers, licensing enterprise CRM software designed for massive hospital networks, or assigning clinical staff to manually scrape web listings into temporary spreadsheets that rapidly fall out of date.

What Quemra will never do

We do not pay for referrals

Paying, rewarding, or offering anything of material value to a clinical referral source is illegal under state and federal statutes. We will never compromise compliance for volume. This boundary is absolute.

We will never send unseen outreach

We do not run automated background campaigns. Every email is sent directly from your own mailbox, over your signature, and under your absolute oversight. You see every word before it leaves.

We will never store patient health information

Quemra functions strictly on public professional and organization directories. Because we avoid patient intake records entirely, we stay clear of clinical liabilities and keep compliance overhead minimal.

We do not construct artificial numbers

No simulated reviews, artificial user counts, or overstated outcome metrics. All references to coverage, listings, and workflows are gathered from real public registers and actual usage.
